Pathways Adolescent Unit at Wyong commenced in February 1991 and the first resident arrived in April of the same year. Pathways runs an Intervention Support Program for residential care and support clients living in the community. In 2008 Pathways Adolescent Unit became Pathways Out of Home Care Youth Accommodation Service. From 1986 to 2013 it was run by the Baptist Community Services.
