Kingsleigh Group Home was established at St Ives in 1980 by Church of England. The Anglican Home Mission Society was focusing its welfare programs in the Western Sydney area so it moved to a new location in Blacktown around 1986. The Home provided temporary accomodation services and crisis care for up to seven children.
Kingsleigh Group Home changed its name to the Paul Street Adolescent Program in 2002.
