Clark Cottage was the third Cottage Home, acquired by the Board. It was bought in 1962. After some renovation, it was opened on 31 January 1963 and like other cottages accommodated up to ten children.
Miss EM Dobbin was the first Cottage Mother. Clark Cottage was named after Miss CE Clark, who was an early member of the State Children’s Council. Clark Cottage closed on 24th May 1979.
