St Saviour’s Children’s Home was established in 1929 in the Cathedral Parish of St Saviour’s, Goulburn.  The Home was operated by the Sisters of the Holy Cross until 1933.  From 1934 onwards, the Home was run by the Sisters of the Community of the Holy Name.

In 1980, St Saviour’s Neighbourhood Centre was established. Substitute care continued in the St Saviour’s Children’s Home on a reduced scale until 1982 when the home closed.
