Was at the site of The Old Quamby Hospital.

Was also known as Providence Hostel.

Opened on 7th December 1957 and a blessing performed by Rev E Perkins – Director of Catholic Social Services and assisted by Rev Fr Rafter – Director of Catholic Migration.  It later moved to Griffith Street and later became accommodation for the elderly Dutch.  It later moved to Griffith Street and later became accommodation for the elderly Dutch.  It is now open to anyone for senior accommodation.
